Formal education or skills and why? well one need a little bit of both, with education you get to learn how to communicate and interact with people, it teaches you the language to be spoken and the right way of using words, Skills; one need to have skills and with skills you need to acquire them through learning and learn how to do or make or operate a certain thing or a machine. Describe the benefits of working with others well working as a team or with others makes work much easier and save time to complete and you get to learn about your coworkers how they operate,think as well as their different kinds of culture which make it easier for one to communicate effectively. Describe the benefits of working alone personally i enjoy working alone as I am a self-starter dedicated; hard-working person, punctual, detail oriented a team player; I have great organizational and interpersonal skills. My time management skills are excellent and I'm organized, efficient, and take pride in excelling at my work. Just as important as, or maybe even more important than, cost. If a customer isn't receiving a level of service that meets or exceeds his or her expectations, that customer won't be a customer for very long. In addition, that customer's experience with your company may affect how potential customers in the marketplace view your company. People do talk and share information. This may affect not only profits but future sales as well. In many instances service may be the one thing that distinguishes a company from the competition. A bad reputation for service may compromise a company's position in the marketplace." What unique skills do you have? Customer services, as this a challenge for me as i get work with all types of people from sarcastics to madness, customers are the most people that will spoil ones day and they tend to calim that they are right but in the end me as their travel consultant i am always right in the end and they get to thank me for it.I have implemented and improved a number of the systems including the order processing system." What are the least interesting aspects of your field? ""There is a lack of growth opportunities and little opportunity for me to use my initiative as I regard this as one of my strengths and found it frustrating that I was unable to upgrade my skills and enhance my Experience. How do you define success in your job? Success means the achievement of a challenging and measurable goal that I have set for myself or that has been delegated to me. In my previous position I had specific sales targets to meet every quarter. I set myself the goal of been up on my monthly targets by 5 percent.
