Formal education or skills and why? Formal Education is essential, but skills are acquired through experience, and that is where it is most valyuable to be successful in any job. Describe the benefits of working with others Interacting with others in work is a great way to learn and grow, and some types of work require team efforts. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone can be very productive if the worker is a self starter. What was your worst working experience? In Real Estate, when a transaction fell apart at the closing table. So much time and effort had gone in to bring it to a successful conclusion, and all was wasted. Very dissapointing. What is the most important lesson you have learned throughout your career? There are no short cuts. The very best outcome is a result of hard work and discipline. What unique skills do you have? In addition to the qualifications above,I have very good "people skills," and I enjoy problem solving, finding a solution. I have leadership qualities. I don't give up easily. I am open minded, and willing to take suggestions. I am an upbeat, positive person. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A job in which I would be given projects or goals to complete, given full creative rights to achieve that goal. Traveling, meeting with people of many walks of life, being involved in good works such as the Green Industry, or helping less fortunate people would be wonderful. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I am willing to consider many fields, and so I would say meeting and learning from people, acquiring skills, broadening my horizons.
