I am a Bachelor Degree Holder in Accountancy and Management Accounting Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal Education is more valuable because you will be able to acquire the skills necessary coupled with the right information. Skill without proper education is just a raw skill. Describe the benefits of working with others Beneficial effects working with others are countless. Like the give and take scenario wherein you learn from each others' experiences. You share ideas that's how big companies succeed because there is teamwork/ group effort/ brainstorming to achieve the common goal. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone can create a much faster decision making since you don't have to consider other people's ideas. What was your worst working experience? The worst working experience I had was way back when I was a Teller of a big bank here in the Philippines. There was a certain day wherein the money on record wasn't in balance with the money on hand. It took us quite a long time to figure out where the discrepancy was. Everybody was not allowed to go home unless everything is in balance. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson I have learned was to be always patient and hardworking in everything that you do. What unique skills do you have? I am a very diligent person and law abiding. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is wherein I find satisfaction as a whole. What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
