I consider general skills to be more valuable. For the simple reason practice makes perfect, therefore the more you experience life/skills the better you can handle the "work world" And i feel we learn something new everyday, life is a new experience everyday.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working with others has great benefits, meeting new friends, learning what others have to offer, and having someone there to help you if you need it

Describe the benefits of working alone

working alone is something i have done before for over 4 years. I feel it made me tackle situations head on, i had to work harder because there was no one else to help me out, it made me more confident, it made me realise how successful i am. You get lots out of working alone you build a special companionship with your customers, which makes it a wonderful pleasure.
