to me i consider both because formal education leads you to developing skills

What was your worst working experience?
my worst experience was when i was doing networking and was on a high ladder and accidentally the ladder fell and I thought it was my end but thank God was okay. Another thing is that worked for three months without being paid not even a cent!

how to keep time on my work and work without being monitored
