We are both working professionals. We split our time between Manhattan and Pennsylvania, living in Pa. Mon-Fri. & NYC on weekends. We are kind, loving people who treat others well. Additionally, we are hard working, outgoing and friendly. Type of candidate looking for: We are looking for someone who has experience & is a hard worker. We prefer someone who is quiet, energetic, healthy & in good shape. They must be great with children & housekeeping, as well as enjoy cooking. We are looking for someone who can be part of our family the next few years, helping us out where necessary. We are searching for someone who is loving, honest, trustworthy & kind. We also desire someone who can take initiative when asked but otherwise, is happy to simply do the everyday tasks of the job. Job responsibilities: We are looking for a Nanny/Housekeeper to live with us Monday-Friday & go home on weekends. Three days a week would be spent strictly watching our children & two days a week it would be watching them for a few hours & then doing whatever housework is needed (i.e. laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.) We also want someone who enjoys cooking as we need them to prepare a simple meal each night. The job is easy for someone who loves children, is organized & has lots of energy in that we only have two children (one being in preschool 3 half days per week) & we are extremely neat...so the childcare is simple & the housework minimal as everything is kept quite tidy.
