SKILL with formal education i think its the formal education that make people gain a deep knowledge in the subject and also give them a confidence level. but skills are needed as it is the only thing that will help us to face the world Describe the benefits of working with others gives us an oppurtunity to learn more in our own field and also in terms of our personality.
