Formal education or skills and why? skills and formal education combined. Formal education provides you solid theoritical background in carrying out a particular work. While skills are born out of good work exposure in a particular job. when combined, the skills and formal education create a wholesome employee in a work place. Describe the benefits of working with others it opens an avenue of meeting new friends, adjusting to new cultural perspective and a moment of understanding others background. it will make the work done faster because there are many heads thinking and hands doing.
