I am a Sub-professional holder as Data Encoder, meaning I am eligible to work in the Philippines Government and fit to a higher level position. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills. because ever since though i am a graduate of bachelor i cant find a great knowledge that i am holding right now in the field of computer expertise, my capabilities and knowledge is more than expected through vocational courses than my formal education co'z it is theoretical not actual presentation.. What was your worst working experience? I can do whatever it is that i want to a project, on my own time, knowledge and decision. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I worked as a data operator/computer technician. I experienced being cursed with my co-workers because i am a newbie and i know being a new worker it takes weeks to adopt the environment within. What unique skills do you have? I can be, a computer technician, encoder, web designer, photo editor, text editor, autocad operator, driver, body guard, welder, community worker, . What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Work in a foreign land with my family and to become stable financially. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I can overtime or work tell morning. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? working with nonsense, co'z i spent my time in tutorial which i gained knowledge. Why do we need to hire you for this position?
