I don't have any visa yet. I need first to find an employer. What field do you currently work in? I am currently employed in a manufacturing company as Document Control Custodian and at the same time as Internal Quality Auditor in ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System. What fields have you worked in before? Before I am assigned as a HR Staff and Accounting Staff. I had also an experienced in Food serving. What qualifications do you hold? I am knowledgeable in microsoft office such as excel, word, powerpoint. I can type 60 words per minute. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I think for me it is the skills, because for me the experience who taught me the skills I had today is my best teacher. But in my case, I already got my skills before I got my formal education. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others will enhance your communicating skills, as well you will learn how to deal with different people. You can also ask advice or suggestion to them if you're confused in something. Describe the benefits of working alone I guess I prefer better working alone. I got this thinking that I am more concentrated in what I am doing when I am working alone rather than working with others. What was your worst working experience? I guess that's when I'm not prepared on our surveillance audit. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I've learned that it is very important to have a self-confidence, and if others think that you cannot do it that's the time that you must strive harder to proved them wrong. What unique skills do you have? I am a hardworking person and I could proudly say that you can TRUST me. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A dream job for me is that a job who can fulfill our needs. Especially, a job that can give me the chance to prove to myself that I can make it and that I am not a loser, also a job that can make my dream come true and that is to have our own HOUSE AND LOT. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? During supplier's audit and certification audit. Meeting new people and having their own unique ideas towards our management system. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Doing the same thing as a routine. Why do you want to work abroad? I want to experience how be become independent in my life and personally I want to help my parents.
