Formal education or skills and why? I considered both valuable. Because formal education helps an individual to develop more innate skills,vice versa. Skills though acquired, needs continuous improvement through the help of formal education. Hence, formal education and skills goes hand in hand. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others helps a person grow more through interactive learning by sharing of ideas and understanding better the unique potential of every person. Building relationship and teamwork is better understood by working with others. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone give a person more focus on a certain goal and creates independency, responsibility and initiatives of doing things that sometimes leads to discoveries of hidden potentials of a person. What was your worst working experience? Worst working experience for me is working with people who are not open to change for a purpose of learning and continuous growth. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Success in every endeavor is not merely measured by the performance but of the relationship you had with the people you work with.Because people will forget what you did, what you said, but never how you made them feel. My dream job is to become a Succesfull practicing Social Worker in New Zealand working with Children, Youth, Families & their communities What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Social Work Profession deals with People who are the most vulnerable yet important resources of the country. What you do in their lives, you do it in the country. You changed their lives for better, you helped changed and or developed a country. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Not all people are open to change for better. Some are just contented of what they already have where infact there are lots of potentials and opportunity for growth and development. What is your greatest accomplishment in your job? My 13 years in the Social Work profession is a great accomplishment for me, this marks the many people (children,youth,families, communities) i have helped overcoming life's challenges and now considered themselves to be successfull.
