What type of job are you looking for?

I m looking into Human Resources Job into recruting field.

What nationality are you?

Indian

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English,Hindi(National Laguage),Begali(Regional Language)

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

I m looking for ant international exposure but preferably in New Zealand. The reason i m looking for jon is to get the good international exposure with handsome amount of money and ofcourse travelling which is my greatest hobby.

What countries have you worked in?

none except India

What field do you currently work in?

Human Resources - Recruting

What fields have you worked in before?

In Front Desk and Customer Service.

What qualifications do you hold?

I have done Masters in Human Rights.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I consider both equally but later on its experience and skills which overcome the education.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Its meeting with different people,learning new things,new langauages,new cultures and exploring the world which you have never come across.

Describe the benefits of working alone

There is no benefit of working alone as you do not grow up in life without learning from others.

What was your worst working experience?

Nuthing as such.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

i learnt about passing informations to others and realized at the end of the day that its your knowledge getting increased.

What unique skills do you have?

quick learner,team player,ready to accept the situation as they come.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

I would rather prefer making my current joba fantasy and lovable one for me.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Ineracting and gaining as much information i could gather.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

sitting idle.
