What qualifications do you hold? Diploma in Project Planning & Management. 1st Degree HRM Current. (ILO) Certificate (SYB) (IYB). Certificate as a Trainer of Trainers on HIV & AIDs at work place. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are vital because you gain the theorotical knowledge that will help in practical knowledge and skills development. Describe the benefits of working with others You share ideas and fine tune before implementation. You also learn new things from others. There is devision of labor. Describe the benefits of working alone It is seldom that one works alone. Advantages are that, it keeps you focused, develops intrinsic motivation, you become a self starter and self sustaining person. You set your own goals, objectives and targets. What was your worst working experience? Disintergration of the economy negatively impacting or threatening your organization. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
