Formal education or skills and why? Formal education with skills are more valuable,because in todays competitive world both the things are eqally important. Describe the benefits of working with others When you are working with other pepoles you can learn many new things from other pepoles.You can discuss about your work problem if any.And when two pepoles work together there will be synergestic effect. Describe the benefits of working alone When you are working alone you can concentrate on your work,there will be no disturbance in work,You may find inovative ideas.Time of work may be of your choice. Some times because of good performance you may land up in problem.Now I am going through the same problem,Because of my good performance I am become victim of dirty politics.
