Plant pathology mainly on biological control of pests and weeds and microbiology. What fields have you worked in before? Biological pest control, agriculture What qualifications do you hold? Ph.D [ Bio-chemistry,Mycorrhiza palnt health] Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Expereince and training in agricultural and research is more valuable with on going educational development as it ads knowledge in upto date technological development. Describe the benefits of working alone Not much as you suck in somewhere with questions un solved What was your worst working experience? if you do not have A-Z skills in your field we stuck we experience problems in some ones obsence ..so try to learn in all levels with out discrimination. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Team work and dedication is essential acheive goals in your projects. What unique skills do you have? I have gained good skills in Plant pathology and mainly in Biological pest control of pests and weeds, and many other phytopathological and laoraatory skills coupled with advanced knowlege in microbiology, sanitation and disinfection etc. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Organic food production with out chemical residues which interfear in our food chain and cause diseses unhealthy situations in human body and environmental pollution at all levels. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Agriculture,soil health, biocontrol,plant pathology,Biological control,Organic farming etc. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Bio-pesticide formulations and lage scale productio of bio-pesticides.
