You only have bad working experiences when you do not have a lesson to learn and I have been acquiring knowledge thru my experiences. Lessons in personnel handling, budget constraints, market changes, new industries, outsourcing and local laws. Bad experience is waste of time. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Change is inminent and you must stay ahead of the curve in order to achieve success. Become the element of change and you will lead the strategy that is best for the right decision. What unique skills do you have? Also, the unfortunate time to deal with people who do no look for win-win solutions where everybody can benefit and prosper, but rather only keep one open option with little success.
