Formal education or skills and why? I consider formal education more valuable because it entails the building of skills as well as the formation of positive behaviours in its learners. Thank you. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefit of working with others are; the ability to learn new things,actualization of some goals we as individuals can not fulfill on our own,our weakness can be detected for necessary corrections;thereby making us better people,the establishment of the spirit of ones and a sense of belonging.
