Formal education or skills and why? Formal education to me is more valuable because your skills is more developed by education. Education removes the veil of ignorance and makes one's skills more useful. Describe the benefits of working with others It makes for interpersonal interaction. This helps you learn from others and improves efficiency and proficiency. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone sometimes help one to concentrate on his task. It makes you discover your potentials. Once there is no alternative of asking questions from others when faced with some difficult tasks, you personally develop means of overcoming such tasks. This brings realizations of one's personal abilities. What was your worst working experience? Working so hard and diligently without commensurate remunerations.
