In my own view, formal education is more valuable as you can work in any field unlike skills which you will have to resort to that particular skill. Describe the benefits of working with others working with people requires high level of patient because we meet people with different character which you cannot change. its quite interestng cos one learn alot from people. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone is not too good cos you hardly learn new ideas unlike working with people. so, less benefits is attached to this. What was your worst working experience? Working as a secretary without schedule. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I learn to be patient, investor friendly and above all, i learn to give and put my best to whatever assignment i am assign to do. What unique skills do you have?
