Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

i consider formal education more valuable because it exposes one,avails one opportunity to cave a niche for oneself, helps one to build a career path that can take one to the highest peek of positions and also help one to mix up with the high and mighty in the society.

Describe the benefits of working with others

it helps to build up a team world and also to learn something new

it eliminates distractions.

What was your worst working experience?

it happened when i was a teller with a bank, a customer walked up to me disregarding the queue and demanded to be paid immediately. And when i refused saying politely that he should please join the queue, he started shouting that he is in a hurry and don't care whether there is a queue or not. I had to call my supervisor of which he didn't listen to and even customers were also trying to make him see reasons but he refused to listen also. It took the help of my branch manager and apparently all staffs to calm him down and eventually he was paid.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

to listen more, think outside the box and be patient.

What unique skills do you have?

computer skill(T24 terminus 24,Equinox database application)

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

any service job

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

interfacing with customers
