I consider formal education more favourable because its a vast way of learning.one gets to learn and be educated in so many field. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others helps one to have a good team spirit,good communication skill,good management skill,positive approach to issue and ability to learn from others. Describe the benefits of working alone I dont see any positive benefits of working alone,because the job tends to be boring and one wouldnt get the opportunity of learning more. What was your worst working experience? The day i and my colleagues where almost sexually harrassed by some guests at an event.
