What type of job are you looking for?

Working the harvest season across America

What nationality are you?

Irish

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English and Irish to GCSE level

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

All over USA as I feel it would be a good experience

What countries have you worked in?

Ireland and England

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

None as yet but applying for USA and Canada to be eligible for Jan 2012

What field do you currently work in?

Arable farms - wheat, barley and corn sowing and combining in South of England

What fields have you worked in before?

Beef farm where I grew up in Ireland

What qualifications do you hold?

GCSE's in Maths, English, Double Science, Religion, History, Technology Design, Irish Fully Quallified Butcher

E.U.-H.G.V. licence for articulated trucks A.D.R. Certificate for Transportation of Dangerous Goods

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I feel both have equal importance, the knowledge to operate modern hi-tec machinery and the ability to work hard and get on with the job

Describe the benefits of working with others

Helps the day pass and keeps morale high

Describe the benefits of working alone

No distractions, you can get on with the job

What was your worst working experience?

Working in a bar part time

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

If you work hard and be pleasent you'll have no problems in life

What unique skills do you have?

I can get along with anyone

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Ice Road Trucker

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

No two days are the same, you could be sent to do anything

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

I would like to be operating larger machinery than I currently am
