| This is a wonderful news for us call center employees. I mean, I've been working in a call center for almost six years now. Since the falldown of economy in almost the whole world, our work was affected as well. I was laid-off from my previous job because of that. It's good to know now that the call center jobs is almost back to normal once again. I really like working as a call center agent because it's a wonderful experience to empathize with customers feelings . |
| I would like to know a bit of information as to what is the general rate of employee turnover in call centers. If they are always looking for new personnel that would suggest to me that many do not stay long in the job, or that they are continually in need of new employees because the demand is growing. That is what I am particularly interested in, if the demand for call center jobs is growing right now. |
