Formal education or skills and why? Both is valuable because my opinion is theoretical and practical makes me to work easy and good finish. Buyer saticfication What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Job duties and responsibilities: Discuss with management on the design (Textile) of the products as requested by the client. Design and submit varied patterns with the management and client for approval in coordination with the team. Submit imaginary design frames of the designs appearance. Prepare and submit outlines as to choice and features and not limited to color, appearance, thread outlook, stitching pattern. Design sample and submit the model designs of the products for approval. Discuss and decide on the best match of Designs for the products for final production. Discuss with client and management for approval of designed products before commencement of production. Accommodate and implement changes as suggested by the management and client. Study on trendy designs, fashion changes, market trends for knitted and home textile fashion and record the same for present and future requirements. Coordinate with the team and production unit while manufacturing of approved pattern and design of knitted and home textile products. Designs through use of CAD (Computer Aided Systems) and Ned graphics, Easy mapping, Wilcom punching Systems, Photoshop CS3, Corel Draw X4. Perform designs samples, color matching, sample verifications, master designs approvals, swatches determination. Digitizing, weaving, printing in Ned graphics, Easy mapping, Wilcom punching Systems, Photoshop CS3, Corel Draw X4.Technology. Designing and Sizing – Sizes are digitized first, getting approval for the master swatch designs, and then graded from smaller size to maximum. Supervise and maintaining company showrooms and ensure display of latest designed products in prime locations within company. Conduct fashion shows and exhibitions to exhibit the company products and design excellence. Provide assistance and supervise sampling department and production departments.
