Currently I am unemployed What fields have you worked in before? I used to work in Micro Finance Institution for 9 and a half year in field position and managerial positions. What qualifications do you hold? Bachelor in Economics - Banking Finance and Accounting Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are very important. Combining both of them will give more results. Describe the benefits of working with others Team work is very important and very productive. Team work it helps solving more problems in shorter time and in smarter way. Describe the benefits of working alone Sometimes working in your own it has its benefits because you can take right decisions in a right time with no need to discuss it further with others and not taking long way of proceeding request of making decision. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? There are a lot of important things that i have learned during my career. Always there is a place for learning and more. I learned how to deal with costumers and how to behave with them in different cases. I learned that staff is one of the most valuable asset in a company. I learned that learning has no end and to stay in market there is need always for new ideas and new or different way of working. What unique skills do you have? I have good managerial skills.
