Because this country has the highest level of life and friendly people.I like to experience different life. What countries have you worked in? I have worked in Malaysia for 1 year. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I don't have any work visa. What field do you currently work in? I am working as a staff nurse in Gynecology and obstetric ward in hospital and have about 13 years experience. What fields have you worked in before? I have experience as a health supplement products marketing expert in private company. What qualifications do you hold? I am registered nurse with Bachelor degree of university in my country. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education is the first step and necessary aspect for starting nursing but it is not enough.Skills complete educated nurse ,so both of those should be consider valuable because an educated nurse who has more skill and experience will have high self confidence that lead to best nursing care follows by patient and client's satisfaction. Describe the benefits of working with others Nursing is a team work. working together would be easier than working alone.On the other hand it helps to get new skills from others, feeling sense of cooperation,like each other and at last get to main goal: best nursing care. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone give us a chance to increase our self confidence for handling our action in situation which nobody is to help us.sometimes it remembers us that how much our colleagues are important. What was your worst working experience? Fortunately until now I have not had bad working experience but when I was working in Emergency Room every unsuccessful CPR made me sad. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Nursing is not only a job it is Love. Giving love to people who need you is very effective factor to help them for curing. What unique skills do you have? In my field I think in Gynecology I have good skills because is about 7 years I am working continuously in this ward. Except nursing( in other fields) I have no skill. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? In my dream job I like to be an up to date nurse and improve my skills to reach to best position in nursing. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I think communication skills are the first and the most interesting aspect in my field which can help to treatment progress.
