A: I am fluent in English and Filipino, and I can speak basic Norsk. Q: What nationality are you? A: I am a Filipino. Q: What country or area are you looking to work in and why? A: Registered Nurse in the Philippines Q: Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? A: Both. In the field of health care, both formal education and skills are vital. Formal education will equip you with the knowledge of the human body while skills is the manifestation itself on how you care for the sick.We aim to be both efficient and effective in caring for our patients. Q: What fields have you worked in before? A: I have work both directly and indirectly with patients. I used to work as a nurse in medical-surgical wards.Currently, I am a Nurse coordinator and its more of a desk job. Q: Describe the benefits of working with others A: You can get the job done faster than working alone. Sharing of ideas is more practical than working on an answer by yourself. There is more room for improvement if you have others to guide and help you. Q: Describe the benefits of working alone A: Realization that you are the solely responsible for the job can be a great motivation to work better. Q: What are the most interesting aspects of your field? A: Its very rewarding. At the end of the day when I am tired, its all worth it, just to see that in some way I have help others and I have touched their lives. I think a nurse can always vouch for that.
