What type of job are you looking for?

I'm looking for job in IT sector, Prefered linux system administration and networking.

What nationality are you?

Poland

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

Polish - Fluent English - Good

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

I like to move from my country. I like travels but in my country I dont have any predisposition for it, even I work hard in my job. Norway is a great country which appreciate good employee for their work. I'am open to learn, and fascinated in linux systems.

None..

What field do you currently work in?

Selfemployed ;)

What fields have you worked in before?

1) One of 5 biggest hosting companies in Poland. 2) Big advertisement agency which operate big comanies like mtv,viva 3) American company which is from Poland and is busy with innovation solutions.

What qualifications do you hold?

My previous employeers could gave...

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I prefer skills, bcuz studies or any courses are not experience which you aquire when you work in productive systems and have allday problems.. Experience is most valuable. And I know it cuz I study, and work, and know what give me the real skills ;)

Describe the benefits of working with others

When you work in group, you can split tasks, and lessen time. You have few heads not only one, so you have help..

Describe the benefits of working alone

When you do sth by yourself, you know what you done, you know any element of your work, anybody can break your idea. You are shure that is good... When you are an individualist, you work better.

What was your worst working experience?

When my boss is over me and screaming that is no time, and asking me what am I doing in every 20seconds. It's creazy.. You must be buy upped for work..

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

To be patient and carefull and think 10times before you done.

What unique skills do you have?

Operative Systems: Debian, Slackware, OpenSUSE, Red Hat Linux, CentOS, Fedora, etc... Webservers: Apache, lighttpd, thttpd, AOL server Remote access: SSH, SCP, FTP, LLO, KVM E­mail servers: Qmail, Exim, Postfix IMAP servers: CurierIMAP, Dovecot Web mail: Squirrelmail, Horde Spam and virus protection: SpamAssassin and related solutions (including Razor, Pyzor, DCC etc.), ClamAV Name servers: Bind, djbdns, tinydns Loadballancers: Pound Databases: Postgresql, MySQL and administrative programs (phpmyadmin/pgadmin) Firewalls and security: Iptables, various firewall scripts, selinux Log/statistics/monitor: AWStats, Webalizer, Logwatch, Monit, Zabbix, Nagios, Cacti. Version control: Subversion server (SVN), Concurrent Versions System (CVS) Boot managers: GRUB, LILO Other: shell scripting (bash,sed,awk), resolving server application problems, resolving server side problems (hardware/kernel), service optimization, network problems resolving. Mounting and configuring output devices (printers, cameras, scanners)
