Working position in ScandinaviaWhat type of job are you looking for? I fully understand, that I can not get any office job in Norway without norvegian language. So, I expect , some job where I can use my english language skills and fluent russian. What nationality are you? I am Lithuanian What languages do you speak (and at what level)? Russian - fluent English - advanced German - basic What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I am looking for a job in Scandinavian countries. The priority is - Norway, but others are also acceptable. The main thing why I would like to work there is that it is not far from Lithuania. Other I always had the dream to see fjords of Norway. What countries have you worked in? I am sorry to say, but I have never worked in any country. Still,I have much experience in cooperation with the representatives of different countries. What countries do you have a visa to work in? In the EU , no visas are required. What field do you currently work in? Currently, I work in the teaching area. I give English lessons to people. What fields have you worked in before? Mainly I worked in administration field. I have experience in transport logistics. What qualifications do you hold? I have bachelor's degree in English philology. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? To my mind formal education is nothing without any practice. You can learn theory, but if you do not use it, you will never be good at your sphere. If a person has skills he can learn many things and reach very positive results even without education. Describe the benefits of working with others This answer and the next one is very closely connected. I would say that it depends on the work you do. In some work you need colleagues for team work,but sometimes you need to concentrate and to do the job in silence. What was your worst working experience? My decision to make my own business of transport was my worst experience. Now I think twice and analyze the situation before I start doing something. What unique skills do you have? Every person is unique at something. AT home I can make delicious food, but I do not think I can be a chef in some restaurant. I can drive fantastically, but I would not be able to drive a lorry. I have the skill of communicating with people, also I am easy going with children. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I am not dreaming of some specific sphere. Probably the dream job is if you can realize yourself and get good feedback from employer and customers. And we have to be fair, the refund for the job has to be equal to what you do. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Meeting new people all the time is most interesting for me. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? At the moment I do not like, that I do not have one stable working place. I need to move around the town much, and in my current profession it is not efficient. In other situation I would not be against it. In which fields do you want to improve I would like to improve my English language, besides I am ready to learn the language of the country I would be residing.
