Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I think that skills are more valuable, because it's more practical news and you can adapt that more easily than theoretical news.Because of that you can be more productive than who has a certificate or diploma. My reliability, communication skills, responsibility and friendly nature are assets I would bring to the work.
