What qualifications do you hold? I have BEd ( Bachlor of Education) in Hotel Management. A Higher diploma in Teacher's Training. A diplom in tourism Management Another Diplom in Teacher's training. Certificate in Airport Administration.( All three from Institute of Tourism Mgt. in Salzburg, Austria.) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I would say skills are more important. Because the diversity in the quality of educatin throughout the world and even between different institutions in a given country makes it difficult to evaluate the efficiency that can be earned from a degree holder (graduate).
