Filipino, English What country or area are you looking to work in and why? in norway because People there are hospitable and almost zero crime rate and i've learned that they are much in need of our service as a professional nurse even as a nursing assistant in an hospital or care home What countries have you worked in? In Philippines What field do you currently work in? as a staff nurse,I have been rotated to all areas like pedia ward, ER, OB ward, MS-ward, Surgical ward, ICU etc. What qualifications do you hold? am a qualified nurse & an IVT licensed that can utilizes nursing skills, i am disciplined & compliant to standard rules & regulations & with good communication skills. I am also a computer literate. I can handle tools & equipments like ECG machine, suction machine, pulse oximeter, glucometer, bp etc. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider more valuable is the skills rather than the formal education. Because formal education can easily be acquired as long as you are determined to pursue & finish it but the skills is somehow naturally acquired by every person because not all who has a formal education could utilize & perform with satisfaction in a real & practical settings. Especially in a nursing profession, most of us are degree & license holder but not everybody can perform their profession dutifully because the lack of skills & i should say experience. Skills is still more valuable for me when you as a nurse handling a real life & a real situation, if you have all the skills plus the knowledge of it you could provide to the best of your ability to those who are in need of your care. Describe the benefits of working with others you can share your skills with them & at the same time you could learned a lot from them. easier job for u Describe the benefits of working alone can gain self esteem. you can execute & express yourself more easily & can work more comfortably and more relax What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? i learned more Patience What unique skills do you have? i am very flexible,i dont hold grudge even to those who maligned me,i adapt well to new environment.
