As a nurse, I know that to be patient and compassionate are virtues that one has to have in this profession. As a social being, its more fun to work with others. As an environmentalist or conservationist, its more energy-efficient and cost-effective. As a human being, I know that no man is an island and that working with other people helps me become a better man.
Describe the benefits of working alone
There are times when working alone can be quite a learning and rewarding experience especially once you have completed or accomplished something good. Working alone can be, at best, time-efficient because you can make quick decisions on your own. Time alone can likewise give you an opportunity to release all your creative juices and exhaust all your skills knowing that you rely solely on yourself. Of course, you reap all the glory as well as the consequences of your actions.
