Formal education or skills and why? Skills because education without skills wont be fruitful and it wont help an individual, group, or country to move towards development and improvement. Skill counts more than formal education in this copmetative world but it does not mean that education is less important.It is also equally important. Working in a NGO where its clients were abused with derogatory language by its own staff. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Working in a genuine organization that helps the needy person without any personal motif. What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
