Marketing and Sales field in Active Pharma Ingredients (API) to Formulation Companies in India. What fields have you worked in before? I have experience in working in Menthol & Mint Industry as a procurement manager. Also having experience in working in the Plastic Packaging Industry and its Raw Materials. What qualifications do you hold? I hold a degree of "Bachelors of Commerce" from the Mumbai Univertsity and have also done "Post Graduate in Business Management from ICFAI University through Correspondence. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both. Formal education helps in utilizing the skills to its fullest. Describe the benefits of working with others It keeps an individual on toes due to healthy competition with colleagues. You learn new things and take the same as experience in your stride for your future. Working as a team always performs better than an individual as you can evaluate the do and don'ts before coming to an conclusion which is not possible when working individually. Describe the benefits of working alone An individual is the sole decider and responsible for his own decisions. He does not need to provide justification to any one. Can work with more concentration. What was your worst working experience? When my peers took credit for the hard work actually done by me. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Honesty, integrity and loyalty always pays. What unique skills do you have? I can sell whichever product is given to me. Can travel extensively. Never failed in targets. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? In any marketing company where hard work is valued properly. An working environment where work is treated as worship. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? To convince a tough and a rigid customer. To have patience till you win the order. After sales service to retain the customer for ever.
