Admin/Secretary or any other kind of job My name is Simona. I am 23 years old. I am originally from Lithuania but I lived, worked and studied in Scotland for over 5 years. I came to Norway on 27.08.2011 and I am looking for a job.I am a graduate of Robert Gordon University in Scotland. My qualification is a BA Management with Finance. I also did two years in Aberdeen College studying Highers in Administration and IT. I have experience in Administration within oil and gas industry as I was working for Tomax UK (Branch of Tomax AS). My job title was Operations Assistant and I was responsible for document controlling, updating tool records, updating databases, Accruals, Logistics Coordination, Invoicing, Staff Holidays, customer service and other administrative tasks such as paying bills, contacting suppliers, petty cash and others. I am a quick learner, very energetic person and hard worker. I am reliable, able to work well both independently and as a part of a team and I have a maintained ability to work in a fast pace atmosphere. I like socializing, meeting up with new people and making new friends. I am an active person my hobbies are dancing, swimming and cycling. I speak and write fluent English and Lithuanian. I also understand Russian. I am only beginning to learn Norwegian Language. Ideal job for me would be any kind of administration or secretary job. I would also consider any other kind of jobs.
