Formal education or skills and why? All are important,skills can take somebody far than just theory,on the other hand through formal education we gain skills,so i think formal education is more valuable because its the beginning of skills Describe the benefits of working with others you gain wide knowledge,new ideas,able to see and think in all sides.and alsoits fast and effective,gain motivaion.
