Norway (Sandfuer, Oslo and Drammen), because I visited Norway and I found that the system in this country is so active and I am a person that I like this systematic stuff. What countries have you worked in? Iraq, and I got some training in China and moreover I participated in some work shop in Doha/Qater. What field do you currently work in? CDMA and WiMAX core network. What fields have you worked in before? NSS, Power, telecom project implementation and english LAb, installation etc., What qualifications do you hold? Formal education or skills and why? it depends, some time due to the formal education any one can grasp the field that he/she got it, but in some cases with the formal education the human can decide the field that he/she is successful in it, but both of them are important. What was your worst working experience? in CDMA network, we have ISP network as I found there is no any team that have to be for this part of the network so that I decided to handle it so I requested for resource especially expert resource but due to the HR budget the payment was not good, what I did I took some new employees and parallel with the work I have to teach/train them. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? think, think, plan, re-plan, circulate it among the related department then approval and implement and taking the time, manpower, cost in to acount.
