I worked as an assistant manager in accounts, expense control,bank property (movabale and immovable)& facilities management units of ABN AMRO Bank.
What qualifications do you hold?
I am attending MBA last semester. I hold BSc,batulor degree with Economics, Statistaic & Mathematics & LLB , law graduate. English language course for six month. Legal apprenticeship of six month. Attended eight various courses conducted by ABN AMRO Bank, RBS and other external agencies.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Both are important and they supplement each other but skills are more valuable. Because this type of knowledge is a practical one and gained after work experience which has no substitute . Experience matters, formal education could be gained,enhanced if basic education of a person is good.

What was your worst working experience?
I had a worst experience when my work life balance was disturbed due to my over burdened job.

My dream job could be working with good bank,organization which cares its employees. Where I have opportunity to excel and grow.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Learning about varoius banking products,channel of payments,receipts and the controls,bank accounts, services etc. International banking laws forexample anti money laundering measures adopted for domestic and cross border payments,receipts.
What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Filing.
How is your experience working with one of the biggest international banks?
I have great experience working with one of the biggest international banks i.e ABN AMRO Bank & RBS. Therefore I feel myself priviliged and proud work with great organization and I could be an asset for any bank.
