Banking - Wealth Management What fields have you worked in before? Hospitals, Banks, Insurance, Tele-sales. What qualifications do you hold? MBA in Marketing and HRM. BA Economics Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both. Formal education helps a man acquire skills more quickly than one who's not so well educated. But of course, formal education isnt the only way a person can be judged. Describe the benefits of working with others People help during times of need, more help means getting things donme quickly. The work atmosphere is less strained when more people are around you. Describe the benefits of working alone No ego clashes between people. Also, "too many cooks spoil the broth" doesnt happen. Be it with your colleagues or your clients. Being good in relationship management helps ease tensions. What unique skills do you have? Communication and negotiation skills. I consider all my clients as my friends and they also easily consider me as their friend. I can make friends easily and also keep them. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A job that helps me attain my goals - careerwise and financially. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Meeting new people everyday. The dynamics of the market. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The tension of taking care of other peoples money! What would you like to be in 5 years time?
