Right now I dont have any visa What field do you currently work in? From September 2007 till date i am working at Bank in Nepal. What fields have you worked in before? I have worked in operation area for 2 years, Trade finance department for one year, administrative department for 6 months and currently working in Compliance Department. What qualifications do you hold? I hold a Bachelors degree in Management. Currently pursuing masters degree and also Chartered Accoountancy. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal Education and technical skills both are important in my view. Without formal education one will not be able to know the basics of the work. And Technical skills are important to solve problems Describe the benefits of working with others Team work is very important in any organisation because it makes the work more intresting and we can also complete the work faster. This will ultimately help the organisation grow. So working with others is very imporrtant. Describe the benefits of working alone In my point of view working alone doesnt have any benifits. What was your worst working experience? Till date I have not faced any worst working experience. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson I learnt throughout my career is that nothing is imposible if we all unite to work as a team. If our organisation grows ultimately we will also grow with it. So Growth of Organisation means growth of employes associated with it. What unique skills do you have? I dont know if it is my uniqueness or not but I am also very good in computer designing and animation. Another one is i can manage people and time properly What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My Dream job is to open account company in future. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Since now i am working in a bank, I have to keep communicate with different people. Non of them have got same mentality so convincing then to make the customer of our bank is the most interesting aspect. Basically i like communicating and convincing the people.
