Why? As this is age of modernity, everything is related to some machine function and is computerised fully. Everything around us is invented or produced by using skills, not just mere knowledge (bookish material)of making a thing can produce a product, for we have to use skills that what makes skills differentiate from the formal education. Its a saying. A skillful person never dies starved.

working with others is called "Teamwork" team work gives a company, A valueable product with minimum time consumption. Moreover, it is having multi mind ideas which form a solid theory or base to evident the final product / project.
