I am looking out for a job in HR / Recruitment / Administration Department of any Corporate or Consultancy where my skills of being a recruitment consultant is utilized.

I am an Indian by Nationality.

I can speak English Hindi and a little bit of Gujarati.

I am looking out for a Job only in Muscat as I now want to join my husband who is already employed there.

I have worked in Muscat for two Companies namely Tebodin & Partners LLC. and Agn MAK Ghazali.
What field do you currently work in?
I am working for a Company into Financial Education.I was designated as the Senior Manager Placements.Though i was also responsible for the overall operations of the branch at Ahmedabad.
What fields have you worked in before?
I have worked for HR Consultancies in India and and Muscat. Also with the Education Sector and Corporates.
What qualifications do you hold?
I am an M.Sc.in Zoology from BHU( Benaras Hindu University). Also Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from SIMS, Pune.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
I can not deny the fact that education has helped me a lot to build up my skills. My exposure in education has been vast enough to help me build up my career.
Describe the benefits of working with others
I am a very good team worker. Get along very well with others. Working with others helps one to get exposed to new arenas in the area of work. It is a learning experience.The person is able to focus on his area of expertise.
Describe the benefits of working alone
Freedom to take decision is the main benefit., though it is not ncessary that the decision are correct only. All the work right from inception to the delevery becomes ones own responsibility.
What was your worst working experience?
None so far.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Everyone is self centred and worried about his/ her own career. So in order to grow one has to be staedy and honest and be diplomatic if required.
What unique skills do you have?
Good communication skills and being able to work in a team.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
My dream job would be a job where i am able to deliver results set as my KRA's to a 100%.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Meeting people and knowing about them.
