Bachelor of Education in Mathematics Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? With formal education the individual is able to get to the field use the little knowledge he/she has acquired and improve on it. Whereas with the skill what the individual knows is all he knows and nothing else.From my point of view, I think formal education is of great importance as compared to skills. Describe the benefits of working with others You able learn from others.Sometimes there is the tendency of thinking "you know better" but you get into the mist of other colleagues only to realise others know things you do not know of and you also know of issues or things others do not know. Secondly, it helps you build your confidence level.
