M.B.A (Finance). As a part of MBA curriculam i did main project on Financial performance of KMML(Kerala minerals and metals Ltd)Kerala govt. undertaking venture based on Dupont analysis, Trend analysis and ratio analysis past 5 year performance. These educational skills especially analytical and writing skills helped me a lot while i join Newshawk online Pvt. Ltd (Direct outsourcing agency of RTT news U.S.A) as Associate Executive (reporting & Analysis). The company which was engaged in stock news reporting & analysis which was listed in US stock market. There i got an opportunity to learn work very quickly and prometed as Associate executive from Juniour level with in 4 months. Currrently working in Afaq Alathaiba trading as commercial manager (Investment division)including the job profile of updating reports on the outlook of Investment and Real estate sector and monitoring performance on the basis of opportunity cost. Identifying the economic growth and viability of various investment proposals to the Management. Preparing business plans for new projects of the company. This includes market analysis, company analysis, marketing and promotion plan and also financial modeling.

According to my opinion Team work plays a pivatol role for the development of the organisation. It implies sharing of knowledge and create empowerment. It also create a feeling of employees that we are all on the same page and it leads to increase in the productivity.
Describe the benefits of working alone
Working alone is sometimes needed for the organisation like if we are doing a feasiblity study or doing an anlysis about any particular thing we can generate different prespectives, ideas, opinions and so on. "Brain storming" also plays a vital role for the growth of the organisation.

Internal politics and partiality (split and divide rule of management).
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Creation of knowledge and skills is the most important lesson from my past experience. After my studies i joined a financial firm with a job profile of portfolio construction and customer advisory support. through that experience i tried to impart my learning and educational skills in my job and it was helpful when i join another firm Newshawk online pvt. ltd. Currently i was working with an investment/real estate developer in oman engaging in making reports and anlaysis of investment and feasiblity study for the new ventures. So every time our lerning curve graph should move towards up.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
The most interesting aspect is the application of financial and investment priciples for analytical procedures and to utilise our educational and pratical skills towards a particular thing. It imparts creation of knowledge every time and creates busy schedule while we are working. Last but not the least it leads to compare the perfvormance of our competitiors and tried to make our perforamnce better than competitors.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Internal controls especially micro economic factors can be controlled and make efficent upto a certain level but the External controls (macro economic factors) cannot be controlled so upto a certain we have to consider the external risk that means we cannot fully relay on our assumptions and calculations.
What are the most challenges that need to be addressed in first three months?
Normally every company hired employees on a probation basis for period of three months. This iss the time company can analyse potentials and interest of the employees by performance measurement at the time of imparting training program whether it is (on the job or Off the job). Company can analyse which field he suites best (ranking skills? This way company can find how exploit those skills and how it affect the total cost?
