I can consider both,because in the presence and fast world we should update ourself, otherwise we will be outdated by others. so,formal education and skills are very important.

Sharing knowledge. Single tree cannot became a forest. Unity is the power. But the Team Leader should understand and motivate the team members on all circumtances. Our aim should be one.

Find the way if not make the way. Nothing is impossible in the world. All ways do something until you reach the goal.
What was your worst working experience?
With the help of god still now i did not face any worst working experience. If god is with us who can be against us. Always smile.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Accept from others but dont expect. Dont hesitate to learn from your juniors. Known is small but unknown is ocean. Always read.
What unique skills do you have?
I cannot say no to any one. I will try to full fill the requirement. Something is better than nothing. Always i remeber that "No pain No gain".
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
Do not do the simple things in great manner, do great things in simple manner. Accept the job what your getting and love it. One day you will the pioneer.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Saving life. Lot of appreciation and thanks.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
We can prevent from death but we can not protect it. The least interesting aspects in my field is, after putting all efforts some patients we can not able to save, those situation i am loosing my interest.
