Both are equally important. formal education makes the basement of your career on which you build upon, during course you attain necessary skills. Describe the benefits of working with others interpersonal relationship and cooperation is very important as we work as a team in health care. we can learn things from others also. Describe the benefits of working alone we will be all alone in taking decisions in crucial situations which demands maturity as a health care worker. What was your worst working experience? To carry out delivery of a primigravida female . after a long struggle to resuscitate baby, which failed leading to still birth. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Be open , frank and sincere to your patients and coworkers. Give respect and take respect. What unique skills do you have? able to deal with all sorts of gynaecological emergencies. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? working in a hospital with all facilities for a gynaecologist. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? our specialty deals with mainly motherhood, which is the most precious stage in life. being a part of it .. feels great What are the least interesting aspects of your field? nothing i could find till now what i can offer to the employer? a skillfull obstetrician and gynaecologist, well vered with the state of the art technologies like laproscopic surgeries etc. has got experience in both private and govt sector, conducted over 100 hrs of surgery. in short will be an asset to anybody. more over my spouse is an orthopaedician, so we are looking for a settlement provided the job demands it.
