From 1993 to 1994 : Vice manager of family Planning in Kafr El Sheikh Governorate (Egypt) and shared in golden star accreditation of many family planning centers.
From 1994 to 1997 : Director of Woman Health Directorate in Kafr El Sheik Governorate.
From 1998 Visiting International Scholar (Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, USA) the university of Pittsburgh Schools of Health Science and UPMC Health System in the program on Woman’s Health, Clinic observation in UPMC inpatient and outpatient facilities and site visits to community agencies.
From 1999 National Projects coordinator in the Technical Support Office Egyptian Ministry of Health Population (MOHP).
From 2000 Director of Khafr El Sheiikh Health Information Center and Woman Health Training Center.
From 2002 Director of Khafr El Sheikh Quality Directorate.
From 2003 Director of Main General Khafr El Shaiekh Hospital (600 Beds).
From 2004 National Accreditor for Primary Health Care Units and shared in the accreditation of many Primary Health Care Units and Medical Centers in Alexandria, Menofia and Sohag Governorates in Egypt. National Survivors for Hospitals Accreditations and shared in the initial accreditation of different Egyptian Hospital.
