Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills. Just learning things becomes useless until you put into action. Skills are very important as they are inborn and can be improved with patience and practice. But on the other hand, finding out what kind of skills you are gifted with needs a bit of hard work. Formal education will be much easier if the skills can be recognized in a person. Describe the benefits of working with others Gives an opportunity to work as a team where one will learn to share the knowledge with others and improve his/her own with cooperation. it also helps in building up a good relationship with the team members where one can even change the wrong attitudes of a society.
