im working as tmo in general surgry in gov hosp peshawar.my wife is working for fedral govt as wmo in field of gyne and obs.

i have done my mbbs in 2003.have done housejob in general surgry & medicine.i have cleared fcps1 in surgry.my wife has done mbbs in2007.she has done hjob gyne and obs and dermatology 6mnths each.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
i consider both very important.
